The Open Door Movement, 1930

This Labour Party pamphlet entitled 'The Open Door Movement and the protection of women workers' was published in 1930. It criticises the views of the Open Door Council [1926-1965], which opposed 'protective legislation' disbarring women from some better-paid occupations, e.g. mining.
