Workers’ loan to Soviet Russia, 1923

This appeal to British workers for help in financing a loan to the Soviet Union appears in “Soviet Russia Pictorial”, June-July 1923. The magazine was published by the British Joint Labour Aid Committee of the Workers' International Relief. Originally titled Workers’ International Russian Relief, it was established in 1921 to raise funds for famine relief in Russia.
