The Rosta-Wien news agency was established in Vienna, Austria by a Hungarian communist, Radó Sándor, in July 1920. The agency translated and re-distributed news received in radio broadcasts from Soviet Russia. The front page article refers to The Anglo-Russian Trade Agreement of March 1921.
