Established in Moscow in 1924, the Society for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries disseminated information about Soviet scientific and technical accomplishments, art and literature, and helped Britons visit the Soviet Union. The cover title for this issue is ‘Labour protection in the Soviet Union'.
