The People's Convention was held in London on 12 January, 1941. Its leading figure was Denis Noel Pritt and its aims followed the policies of the Communist Party. Before June 1941, when Germany invaded the Soviet Union, the Party regarded the war as a struggle between the major imperialist governments.

This Women's Special Bulletin is critical of industrial conscription for women and is proposing a London Women's Parliament.
